Essentials Guide – The Essential study guide for students at Birmingham City University. This is published in both electronic and paper versions each year, and the latest version is available online.

2004

NETTIES 2004. “Making the change – creating a successful virtual learning environment first time round”. This conference in Hungary never published procedings. Seminar presentation to Open University Department of Computing. In March 2006 I presented a lunchtime seminar covering two of my research interests, the use of Virtual Learning Environments, and blogs in higher education. A copy of the presentation can be found here.

A paper written with Sharon Cox about the use of Blogs in undergraduate teaching was accepted by the SIGSAND Symposium in Galway in June 2006, the Harvard reference for this can be found below.
